Khula Aakash shows us the clear and concrete images of early childhood care and education. I think it's very important to provide proper infra structure, healthy food and safe drinking water, playing materials, T. L. M. trained teacher, helping hand to the teacher through parents and community, instructions from authority etc. In a playful and friendly atmosphere could be very helpful for ECCE.
