ReplyDeleteSmc ଓ ଶିକ୍ଷକ ସହାୟତା ରେ ବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟର ସମସ୍ତ ଅସୁବିଧା ଗୁଡିକ ଚିହ୍ନଟ କରିବା । ସମସ୍ୟା ବିଷୟରେ ଉପରିସ୍ଥ ଅଧିକାରୀମାନଙ୍କୁ ଜଣାଇବା । ବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟ ସ୍ତରରେ ଯେଉଁ ଗୁଡିକ ସମାଧାନ ହେବ ତାକୁ SMC ଓ ଶିକ୍ଷକ ମାନେ ମିଳିତ ଭାବରେ ସମାଧାନ କରିବା।

DeletePersonal hygiene, notify absence of their children from school,check homework , proper and ethical education.
ReplyDeleteCleaning up of the safety tanks, wash rooms, urinals, cutting up of grass on the campus area and dumping of the garbage are some things that I need help of the managing committee. I need help of the parents on personal cleanliness of the students and helping them with their homework.
ReplyDeleteସମସ୍ଯା ତ ଅନେକ ରହିଛି। ତନ୍ମଧ୍ଯରୁ ଗୋଟିଏ ମୁଖ୍ଯ ସମସ୍ୟା ହେଲା ଷଷ୍ଠ ସପ୍ତମ ଅଷ୍ଟମ ପିଲାମାନେ ପଢ଼ି ଲେଖି ପାରୁନାହାନ୍ତି। ଆଉ ମଧ୍ଯ ସଂଖ୍ଯା ଲେଖିବା ପଢ଼ିବା ମଧ୍ଯ ଆସୁନାହିଁ। ଏହି ଶୈଖିକ ସମସ୍ୟା ର ସମାଧାନ ପାଇଁ ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀ ତଥା ଅଭିଭାବକ ଙ୍କ ସଂପ୍ରୁୁକ୍ତି ଅତ୍ଯନ୍ତ ଜରୁରୀ। ମୌଳିକ ସାକ୍ଷରତା ତଥା ସଂଖ୍ଯା ଗ୍ୟାନ ହାସଲ ହେଲେ ପିଲାମାନେ ସ୍ତରଭିତ୍ତିକ ପାଠ ବୁଝି ପାରିବେ।

We need the help of the SMC for the development of the scholastic and co scholastic activities of the children and school.

Yes.. Definitely we as Teachers face many problems during our School periods. Although those were parts of our duty but it steals our valuable time and in many ways becomes hurdle in achieving towards our Goals.. For smooth management and also for quick solutions of our problems we should must have to take the help of parents and guardian..

1) Long absence of Children,
2) Refrain from doing Homeworks,
3) Ill health of Students,
4) Quarrelling among children,
5) Difficulty in assimilation of subject wise knowledge,
6)Late Processing of achieving Skills,
7) Mis conduct by students,,
etc...
These problems should take to committee for solutions..

ReplyDeleteYes we are facing so many problems like long absentee, superstitions, lake of interest towards study involving the students in different household activities etc., we should solve them consulting with parents, SMC members and should bring the issue to higher authorities in an Excegency
ReplyDeleteTEACHER & SMC COMMITTEE HAVE TO COORDINATE WITH EACH OTHER TO SOLVE ALL THE PROBLEM OF THE STUDENT ....BY INVOLVEMENT OF PARENTS & COMMITTEE IT WILL BE EASY FOR US TO HANDLE EVERY SITUATION
