ReplyDeleteIn each and every activities we must seek the help of P. T. M. Though four times a year we do organize the meeting still we could do it in a monthly basis. For the overall well being of the students and school PTM is the best tool.

ReplyDeleteମାତା ପିତା/ଅଭିଭାବକ ସହ ଅର୍ଥପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ଯୋଗାଯୋଗ କରିବାର ଏକ ବଳିଷ୍ଠ ମାଧ୍ଯମ ହେଉଛି PTM । ଶିକ୍ଷକ ତୁଳନା ରେ ମାତାପିତା ପିଲାମାନଙ୍କୁ ଭଲ ଭାବେ ଜାଣନ୍ତି ଯେ ପିଲାମାନେ କଣ ଚାହାଁନ୍ତି ଏବଂ କିପରି ଚାହାଁନ୍ତି। ତେଣୁ ପିଲାମାନଙ୍କ ସମସ୍ତ ପ୍ରକାର ସମସ୍ୟା PTM ମାଧ୍ଯମ ରେ ଆଲୋଚନା କରି ସମାଧାନ କରାଯିବା ଆବଶ୍ଯକ। କରୋନା ଯୋଗୁ ପ୍ରାୟ ଦେଢ଼ ବର୍ଷ ର ପାଠ କ୍ଷତି ହୋଇଛି। ଏହି ପାଠ କ୍ଷତିର ପୁରଣ ସହଜ କଥା ନୁହେଁ, କି ଅସମ୍ଭବ ଵି ନୁହେଁ। ସର୍ବପ୍ରଥମେ ପ୍ରତ୍ୟେକ ପିଲାର ଶୈଖିକ ସ୍ଥିତି Base line Test ଦ୍ବାରା ନିର୍ଦ୍ଧାରଣ କରି ଅଭିଭାବକଙ୍କୁ ଜଣାଇବା। ତାପରେ PTM ରେ ଆଲୋଚନା କରି ପ୍ରତି ପିଲା ପାଇଁ ଘରୋଇ ଶିକ୍ଷକ ଚୟନ କରିବା। ଘରେ ଶୈଖିକ ପରିବେଶ ସ୍ରୁଷ୍ଟି ପାଇଁ ବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟ ସ୍ତରରେ ଘରୋଇ ଶିକ୍ଷକ ତଥା ଅଭିଭାବକ ଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ଅଭିଗ୍ୟଁ ବିଷୟ ଶିକ୍ଷକ ଙ୍କ ଦ୍ବାରା ଶିକ୍ଷଣ କର୍ମଶାଳା ଆୟୋଜନ କରିବା। ନିୟମିତ ବିଷୟ ଶିକ୍ଷକ ପିଲାଙ୍କୁ ଶ୍ରେଣୀ ରେ ପଢ଼ାଇବା ସହ ଘରେ ପିଲାଙ୍କ ପାଠ ପଢ଼ା ପାଇଁ ଘରୋଇ ଶିକ୍ଷକ/ ଅଭିଭାବକଙ୍କୁ On-line ମାଧ୍ଯମ ରେ ଦିଗ୍ଦର୍ଶନ୍ ଦେବେ। ଘରେ ପଢ଼ିବାର ସୁଯୋଗ ପାଇଲେ ପିଲାମାନଙ୍କ ଶିକ୍ଷଣ ସ୍ତରରେ ଉନ୍ନତି ଘଟି ଶ୍ରେଣୀ ସ୍ତର ଶିକ୍ଷଣ ହାସଲ ହୋଇପାରିବ।
ReplyDeletePTMs are organised once in a month.We cover almost all subjects in these meetings.Parents are much capable of solving both academic and non academic problems.
ReplyDeleteWe should involve PTM in the different activities of the school for improvement of the children and school because PTM is a powerful method of communication .
