  2. In learner centred approach the need of the child is taken care of at first. According to the entry level of a child a teacher plans his/her teaching transaction process. Which helps the child the most. It's based on equity rather than equality.

  17. Each and every child is unique in respect of their experience, achievement, understanding and their speed of learning. So same set of instructions and fixed testing schedules will not be so effective for all the learners. In my opinion learner centered approach is the best approach for elementary learners where learners' participation in the teaching learning process is more and the teacher is only the facilitator of learning. There are number of benefits of learner centered approach some of which are the following
    1) Learners play the vital role in the teaching learning process.
2)Learners get the chance to learn from their day to day life experience.
3)They develop the ability of discovering and invention through this approach.
    4) They learn collaboratively which help developing their social and emotional aspects. And many more.

In my past experience, I can recall that, I have had tried to provide learner centred education always but due to lack of time and bounded in fix syllabus sometimes these have a got becomes diluted. In a hurry some LAL students legs behind. But it is beneficial to provide all children a Child Centred atmosphere. Here all children get scopes to think openly. They get opportunity to use the educational tools smoothly. They get chances to Learn by Doing. They boost their creativity very well. Peer learning takes place here. etc.
